Germany: Defense leaders of NATO and other countries met at Rammstein Air Force Base Friday to discuss sending modern battle tanks to Ukraine. Russia rejected the talks Friday, saying supplying additional tanks to Ukraine would add to the problems of the Ukrainian people.
