Zimbabwe Warriors Interim Coach Drops Key Players In Africa Cup Of Nations Maiden Qualifier


Zimbabwe's interim Coach Norman Mapeza has dropped captain Benjamin Mwaruwari and his deputy Esrom Nyandoro in the first Group A match that will be played against Liberia in Monrovia next month.

Warriors interim coach Norman Mapeza has dropped captain Benjani Mwaruwari and his second in command Esrom Nyandoro from the team representing the country at the maiden group a 2012 Africa Cup Of Nations qualifier on September 5, against Liberia in Monrovia.

Mapeza tells Voice Of America Studio7 reporter, Marvellous Mhlanga Nyahuye he decided to drop the two key players to give way to younger players that are expected to go into camp in Harare on Monday next week.
